Our Story
The Journey of FCC Church
The story of Faith Community Centre (FCC) is a story of God’s faithfulness and vision. In 1996, a young couple, full of passion for Christ and a burden for the Great Commission, arrived in the city of Chandigarh. Their desire was simple yet profound: to see people encounter Jesus, be discipled in His Word, and carry the Gospel to the ends of the earth.
After a few years of prayer, outreach, and building relationships, God led them to formally launch Faith Community Centre Church in the year 2000. What began as a small fellowship of believers has, by the grace of God, grown into a Christ centered and Spirit-filled fellowships in the Tricity region.
From its earliest days, FCC has been marked by a deep emphasis on:
- Biblical values and ethics, shaping a community rooted in God’s Word.
- Prayer and the power of the Holy Spirit, fuelling growth and transformation.
- Compassion for the lesser privileged, serving the city with acts of love and mercy.
Over the years, God has expanded the reach of FCC far beyond its beginnings. Today, through the mother church in Chandigarh, its branch fellowships, and the many members who have relocated to other cities and nations, the vision continues to unfold:
